Updates in Pueblo de Oro - Week 17

Here are the last updates in Courtyards and Forest View Homes for those interested. I have the lot numbers on demand but I won't disclose them online, just contact me for more informations.

In Courtyards, 6 inner-units are remaining excluding the 2 model ones, it's obviously selling fast there. If you are interested by one of the condos remaining, contact me soon.

In Forest View Homes, it remains 3 Jessica models, 9 Erika units, 7 twin homes and 1 Vivienne house are still on the market.

Updates in Gran Europa and Pueblo de Oro

I went to Camella Homes and Pueblo de Oro on tuesday to update my listing and I share it with you now as I receive a lot of demands about them, so here are the last availability updates:

In Forest View Homes, it remains 3 Jessica models, 10 Erika units, 8 twin homes and 2 Vivienne houses are still on the market.

In Courtyards, 13 inner-units are remaining.

Let's go to Gran Europa now ad things have evolved quickly there following last month's promo, there has been an avalanche of sales. :)
If you like this subdivision, you'd better hurry and contact me to have a look at the remaining properties.

In Lessandra subdivision, only 5 Margarita inner and 3 end units are still available, the Marga Solo are already sold out and it remains 2 Reana Inner.

There are also 10 lots and 1 unit NRFO remaining in La Mirande.

Let's go in Gardens of Portico, there are 7 lots (5 phase 1 and 2 phase 2), 14 NRFO units (9 phase 1 and 5 phase 2) and 7 houses are on construction on phase 1.*

In the neighboring Montana Vista, there are 5 lots, 2 houses on going construction and 1 NRFO (not ready for occupancy).*

Primavera Residences Sales Rally

Today, April 2, 2012,

Primavera Residences Accredited Brokers and Salespersons were invited to join the Sales Rally. The program started at exactly 9:00 in the morning. There were several attendees from different realties who joined. The aim of the rally is to update salespersons about Primavera plans and get to know each other even for the fact that we are not at the same realty.

The marketing staffs tackled about latest updates, inventory, and they gave some marketing spiels to easily close the deal in selling the units.

It was a lot of fun. "Early birds" (ahhemmmm) including me were given eco-friendly bags for arriving early. There was an actual role playing or enactment applying what was on the Marketing Spiels. Thanks to the participants who volunteered, we learned tips and hope we'll be able to master it.

Aside from that, we have greeted the birthday celebrants of the month. ITPI prepared delicious snacks for everybody and we enjoyed the coin game (bato-bato pik) facilitated by Jessie (sad to say I was defeated by my opponent and lost my 1 peso). All the coins won by Iman were given to the two celebrants as remembrance from all of us so nobody won at the end.

So much for that, on April 14, 2012 there will be a PKS and Open House same on April 28, 2012. Those who were not able to attend the PKS, this is your chance.
