Pueblo also gave us some news about their new project, it'll be near Forest View Homes and will start really soon.
The subdivision will give you choice between two models. There will be the bungalow type for around 1.3M and also modern and eco-friendly 2 storey house for 1.9 to 2.3M. The second one is asian architecture, I cannot wait to see it. :)

Updates in Pueblo de Oro - Week 17

Here are the last updates in Courtyards and Forest View Homes for those interested. I have the lot numbers on demand but I won't disclose them online, just contact me for more informations.

In Courtyards, 6 inner-units are remaining excluding the 2 model ones, it's obviously selling fast there. If you are interested by one of the condos remaining, contact me soon.

Updates in Gran Europa and Pueblo de Oro

I went to Camella Homes and Pueblo de Oro on tuesday to update my listing and I share it with you now as I receive a lot of demands about them, so here are the last availability updates:

In Forest View Homes, it remains 3 Jessica models, 10 Erika units, 8 twin homes and 2 Vivienne houses are still on the market.

In Courtyards, 13 inner-units are remaining.

Let's go to Gran Europa now ad things have evolved quickly there following last month's promo, there has been an avalanche of sales. :)
If you like this subdivision, you'd better hurry and contact me to have a look at the remaining properties.
