Primavera Residences Accredited Brokers and Salespersons were invited to join the Sales Rally. The program started at exactly 9:00 in the morning. There were several attendees from different realties who joined. The aim of the rally is to update salespersons about Primavera plans and get to know each other even for the fact that we are not at the same realty.
The marketing staffs tackled about latest updates, inventory, and they gave some marketing spiels to easily close the deal in selling the units.
It was a lot of fun. "Early birds" (ahhemmmm) including me were given eco-friendly bags for arriving early. There was an actual role playing or enactment applying what was on the Marketing Spiels. Thanks to the participants who volunteered, we learned tips and hope we'll be able to master it.
Aside from that, we have greeted the birthday celebrants of the month. ITPI prepared delicious snacks for everybody and we enjoyed the coin game (bato-bato pik) facilitated by Jessie (sad to say I was defeated by my opponent and lost my 1 peso). All the coins won by Iman were given to the two celebrants as remembrance from all of us so nobody won at the end.
So much for that, on April 14, 2012 there will be a PKS and Open House same on April 28, 2012. Those who were not able to attend the PKS, this is your chance.
