Camella's condo to rise soon in CDO

We had a meeting yesterday night in Camella and they gave us informations about their future project. It's an exciting one as it will be their first condominium here in Cagayan de Oro.

The building will be at least 20 storeys high and will take place in Limketkai area, it's actually a joint project of Camella & LKK.

I have not much more info and no photo for now but I'll keep you updated for sure.

Panoramic Views from Primavera Residences

I just got new pictures from Primavera residences, they show the view from the roof and it's definitely worth a look. This green condominium project in Upper Carmen, as you can expect, offers a wonderful panorama of Cagayan de Oro.

A lot of units are still available if you are interested, mostly in the 2 last floors (9th & 10th) but also on the fifth (1 only), 7th & 8th.

I visited Granvia Suites, the new condominium project from Johndorf Ventures Corps in Upper Cagayan, just next to SM, behind Primavera Residences for those who know it. It's very nice as you can see, just contact me to visit it. You can also notice that the project is advancing very fast, they are respecting the schedule, very good news for the future owners there.
