It is Junelsa PHILIPPE, some of you know me as I am a real estate agent here in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental in the Philippines. To complete my main website, I decided to open a blog and the Blogger platform looks awesome for that, here I am. :)

Before going further in my next post here, I can tell you what's hot in Cagayan de Oro's Real Estate market right now :
- 20 units are on Pre-sale in Xavier Estates, they are 3br houses for around 2.6M, when you see the subdivision, I find it really low price.
- Primavera is 80% sold, Centrio 60% 3 years from completion... We can definitely say that cagayanos love condos. :)
- I will soon post a commercial building in CDO Center, close to Velez St., contact me if you want more infos, it is available now. Big budget needed, I prefer to say it now.
