Yesterday, I was at Johndorf's Grand Opening and I took the opportunity to visit the brand Ava Model House in Bellevue Subdivision, this a spacious 4 bedrooms house already available for sale, the three first units have just been finished and the next ones are coming.

New price Raise for the Xavier Estate Ventura House!

The new Ventura House in Xavier Estates is very successful and the developer A Brown Company raised again the cost which is now 3.1M, I remind you that it was only 2.6M for the opening a few weeks ago.
